The History:

Hello,

My name is Dante Payne, I am the Founder and CEO of On Impact Recruiting Services. On Impact Recruiting Services, was established in 2019. On Impact Recruiting Services provides services to assist in boosting high school student-athletes recruiting, and exposure to colleges/university’s athletic departments. We create several different opportunities for college coaches to get to know student-athletes that exist around the country.

As of 2023, I have recently expanded the On Impact Recruiting Services brand to the On Impact Sports Mentoring Program. Under this mentoring umbrella, I would like to expose as many Student-Athletes that would like to see life in a different light to opportunities that could potentially provide a whole new world for them. The whole goal of On Impact Recruiting Services and Mentoring is to be a total ” CHANGE AGENT ” in the life of rising 8-12 grade male/ female student-athletes.

The Request:

On Impact Recruiting Services and Sports Mentoring program, is soliciting monetary donations to support the current student athletes in addition the newly enrolled mentees entering under the Mentoring level of the program!

Donation will cover things such as:

• Uniforms for each Student Athlete
• Reduce or omit the cost to enter the recruiting service level of the program
• Cover/Reduce the cost to participate in the many Sports Camps that are put on throughout the year
• Cover travel for student athlete that are in a constrained financial state
• Cover the cost of meals and hydration for students and volunteers during events
• Assisting in covering cost of end of year celebration for all participants in the program
