Chris Washington Jr. # 1 (2027) Aiken (HS) Falcons. Cincinnati, OH. This kid right here has been impressive since seeing him in Junior High School. His father was good, so we know where he gets it from. He’s just taking it to another level. His awareness is unmatched against most PGs I’ve scene play on the HS level, and now he’s returned to the Cmac, he should dominate the competition. He plays defense from baseline to baseline. If he played football, he would be a lock down corner for sure. What’s good about this Student Athlete he got the ball on a string with both hands. He can also score on all three levels……..College Coaches Get To Know This Student Athlete.
Matthew Wright # 3 C/O (2026) Purcell Marian HS. Cincinnati, OH. He’s a dual sport athlete Basketball & Track. He’s a real student of the game with a 3.3 GPA. This kid works hard. He’s 6’1 about 185 all muscles. He’s a true definition of a gym. He’s constantly working on his game. He can score on all three levels, but whats most impressive is his defense & shooting the long ball if you back off it nothing but net if you get up on him he’s blowing by you left or right hand it doesn’t matter. College Coaches, this kid checks every box on your recruiting list.
Jayden Davis # 12 C/O (2029) Moeller Crusader HS. This student athlete plays basketball & football. He’s what we call a rare breed & with the nickname (Baby Bo Jackson), what else can we say. He’s a great WR with size & in basketball, he dominates on both sides of the ball. His Club basketball team is (Nike EYBL) All Ohio Baneville. Davis was also the JH Dunk Contest & All-Star Game MVP 2025. Mr. Davis can’t go wrong whichever sport he decides to select. He already has a D1 offer from Purdue University in FB. I’m sure more are coming asap. When it’s said and done, he will be a 4/5 ATH. All College Recruiting Coordinators He’s Available Now.
Le’Shawn Hill # 1 Combo Guard c/o (2028) Hughes HS. Cincinnati, OH. This kids plays the game like a Guard is supposed to play. He’s rated one of the Top 50 Guards in the state of OH. He’s alway exciting to watch play. He checks all the ‘s when it comes to a coaches basketball list. He’s set to be one of the best players in the Cincinnati Metro Althetic Conference This Season.
Joshua Tyson # 2 2027 ATH. Lakota West HS. Cincinnati, OH. Talks around Southwest, OH is saying he’s the top guard period. We have been watching him play school ball at West & travel ball
with Phenom United. This 4 student athlete is a problem on both ends of the court.

He already has multiple offers from D1 schools. Whatever school he decides to choose, he will make an instant impact. This year, we can see them making a deep run in the playoffs again.
Jashawn Coffey # 11 (2028) Lebanon HS Guard. Cincinnati, OH. We label players like this a combo guard. He can play both the one, two & three in a small lineup. He’s been proven since he was in 7th & 8th Grade. Now that he’s in his sophomore year at Lebanon, HS coaches have to have him on their scouting reports. You definitely have to game plan for him. Watching him play on the Nike EYBL circuit tells you a lot about these kids and the level of basketball competition he’s used to playing against & with. All Ohio Red is the best of the best programs when it comes to boys’ basketball in the country. This student athlete already holds multiple D1 offers. Basketball World, he’s just getting started.
Dreael (King) Carter C/O 2031 PG plays and Erhel M. Taylor in Cincinnati, OH He’s a true PG he plays below the rim but plays bigger than his size right now he leads his team in scoring with 14.5 ppg 5/1 T/O & 3 Steals per game, he shoots 89.7 percent from the strike. King will be a problem in the future he plays AAU for Natti Elite, and he trains with Hughes High School coach Mike Hill. When coaches say we need a coach on the floor Dreael Carter is that type of player hes smart High I/Q and it also shows in the classroom GPA 3.8 Honor classes he a product of Cincinnati Public Schools # 3 is amazing glad he’s my PG.
Taylor Higgins C/O 2031 # 5 Taft Senators JH Basketball Team. This student athlete is one you will be hearing about in the next couple of year’s, if he keeps up with his work ethic in the classroom and on the hardwood. We have been watching this kid play since the 6th grade every year, and every year, he gets better & better. His basketball I/Q is already on the level of a college player. He’s a combo guard with handles and a killer instinct. He plays great defense and will rebound from the guard position. What We love most is that he’s coachable, I give that credit to his dad, Steve Higgins, who I watched play back in the 90s at C.A.P.E HS. Taft Senators coach Marco, yall got a special one in this kid.
Brycen Johnson C/O 2026 # 1 Mason Comets HS, Mason, OH. This point guard is the truth standing over 6’0 and can handle the ball with both proves it every time he steps on the hardwood floor. He’s averaging 18 pts per game, which puts him as the 2nd leading scorer in the GMC. Watching him this past week against Lakota West he did what he could but they held him way below his season average, but what I saw was Lakota West double & triple teaming him, I’m sure he was # 1 on the scouting Report. He’s gonna be and is already Battle tested. I can’t wait to see him on the next level.
A’mire Gill C/O 2027 # 11 G Princeton Vikings HS. OIRS, we have been watching this student athlete since the summertime. We believe he’s next to blow up in the GMC, and College Coaches already knows who he is. A’mire already leads his team & conference in scoring with 19 per game, 5th in FG PCT & # 11 in rebounds with 4.5. He has a high basketball IQ and is playing for Coach Wyatt. Anything else would not be acceptable. This kid is a leader on & off the court. On the court , e plays from the inside out, he let’s the game come to him but will take over if needed. He finishes at the rim and is not afraid of contact. He just dominates on each level. He’s an elite competitor. He holds multiple D1 offers.
Max Joiner C/O 2028 # 11 For Summit Country Day, Cincinnati, OH. This Student Athlete Is Special Hes Been on the scene dating back to his 7th & 8th Grade year. We’ve watched him grow since he played in our JH All-Star Game that we host every year. He started making a name for himself at Clark Montessori MS but now at Summit Country Day under coach Kevin Johnson Jr. that played at The University of Cincinnati, his game has really elevated to the next level. Max is averaging 19.4 pts a game with 2 STL, 2 BLK & 10 Rebonds this kid is a walking Double Double. Can’t Wait To See Him On The EYBL Circuit This Season. Max Aka Too Saucy.
Julian Sam # 2 (2029) Centerville HS, Centerville, OH. Just watched this true freshman play against The Winton Woods Warriors. From the beginning of the game, you could see he was legitimate when it comes to playing inside the lines. Already standing 6/7, he has the size. Once they add on about 10 pounds of muscle, we will be calling him Top 5 in Cincinnati. Ju-Ju is what they call him. He didn’t get rattled he wasn’t scared, and you can tell he’s been in big games before the pressure from the Warriors didn’t get to him at all. College Coaches was on my live feed asking about him. Ju-Ju finished with 11 or 13 points. What impressed us watching was his ball handling, defense, running the floor & his knock down 3-point shoot from the corner. We will be watching him this spring & summer with Wildcat Select.

Julius Ali-Tims # 30 (2030). Weisenborn, MS. Huber Heights, OH. This kid is all that on the football field he can run you over and run by you. Coachable student athlete with a very high football I/Q. His hunger for knowledge is what caught our attention. College Coaches Get To Know This Student Athlete. He will be scene & heard when it comes to this game we call fooball.

Kev’iya (Ya-Ya) Parrish Class of (2029) Freshman girl ATH from Western Hills Mustangs out of Cincinnati, OH. Scored a game High 41 points in her 1st Varsity game this week. She also had about Six steals. She has a great basketball IQ. She’s definitely must see player….College Coaches Get To Know Her.
Abby Smith # 11 2026 Senior Small Forward for Harrison Wildcats, will be a force to handle with her Senior year. She can play the 1 through 5. She can handle the ball and rebound, she will definitely be playing at the next level.
Honesty Billups # 13 C/O 2028. Walnut Hills Eagles girls basketball out of Cincinnati, OH. We have been watching her play since her youth days. She plays multiple sports & she excels in the classroom with a 3.5 GPA. Honesty Billups plays club basketball for Next Level Academy.” She has a very high basketball I/Q. She gets her teammates involved in the game but can take over if needed. Already early in the season, she’s showing she can score on all three levels and defend her position. She will be playing on the next level in a couple of years.
Strawberry Blankumsee # 0 C/0 (2028). Winton Woods Warriors HS in Cincinnati, OH. With a State Title under her belt as a freshman, this student athlete is the real deal. She’s always in attack mode. She can play the PG to get other players’ easy looks, and when the play breaks down, she can get a on all levels. Her toughness comes from her youth football days. I remember seeing her playing in the 2nd Annual O.I.R.S Girls All-Star Game and dropping 40 points.
Janai Hall # 4 C/0 (2028). Aiken HS, Cincinnati OH. She is a pure scorer. She plays the game the right way, never scared of the competition. She would rather play against the best instead of teaming up with them. She likes the underdog role but always believes she is one of the best ATH on and off the court. I love the way she attracts the classroom, like she attacks players on the court. She’s one of the top players in the Cincinnati Metro Conference & Southwest OH.
Samaya Wilkins # 24 C/O (2027). Purcell Marian HS. Samaya Wilkins is a 6’4 Power Forward/Center. She plays club for West Virginia Thunder, which is considered one of the best travel girls programs in the country (Under Armor). She already holds multiple D-1 offers, with two State Championships. Samaya is a very versatile player she can post you up or face up to the basket and score. She’s definitely a next level player. Her I/Q is what really separates her from her opponents.
Eboni Donaldson # 3 SG (2026). Hillsboro HS. Nashville, TN. She’s a prolific combo guard that can shoot a high percentage from beyond the 3-point line. Eboni has a very high basketball I/Q. She’s a true student of the game. With her size and speed, she’s definitely a D-1 player. College Coaches Get To Know Her.
Bella Swisshelm C/O (2029) West Clermont HS. Batavia, OH. This one right here hits different, last year her brother & her attended the O.I.R.S JH All-Star Game and both won the 3 point shoot contest then she turned around and beat him, when I say she can shoot from the bleachers please believe me she can. Her I/Q is off the charts. She plays for one of the best programs in the Midwest (The Legends U). There are no weak links on their team. You have to bring your A game. As a freshman, she already holds multiple D1 offers from Ohio State University, my personal favorite & the college I graduated from Robert Morris University, Northern Kentucky University & University of Dayton. She’s definitely one to get the popcorn ready for. She also plays Volleyball.
Khalia Thompson # 30 (2029) From Lebanon HS, Lebanon, OH. Her position already is stamped shes the PG of the team, the leader the that starts the engine and gets them going. She already has offers from the University of Cincinnati, University of Dayton. She plays club basketball for “Where 2 Next,” which is a very established girls basketball program. Watching her play over the summer, she’s a leader on & off the court. I really like the way she controls the court as the floor general, and she lets the game come to her but will and can take over when needed.
Layla Houpe # 33 C/O (2029) Power Forward/Center. Mount Notre Dame HS in Cincinnati, OH. She plays Club for Sports City Angels (16u). Layla has always played up at a high level and has a high IQ for the game, and always helps teammates with plays. With her long arms, she’s naturally a shot blocker and rebounder. She has learned to be physical playing up against big post players. She has a very soft touch around the rim and a nice jumper. She can come out and shoot the 3 as well. She’s extremely coachable and great, teammate. For 6’3 runs the court very well. With lots of speed and agility training the past few years she’s really starting to learn her body this year!! Footwork around the basket is good as well, She also excels in volleyball at MND.
Katie Fox # 1 Combo Guard (2026) Lakota West HS. Cincinnati, OH. She’s already committed to SFA Ladyjack. Shes developed into a star player over the last few years. Her shot section & Basketball awareness has begun to peek, so going into her senior year at Lakota West, we expect big things. She has a nice mid-range game but can stretch the floor or finish at the rim. Katie is, though, on defense.
Leigha Acoff # 12 (2026) 5’10 Guard. Woodward HS, Cincinnati, OH. She is one of the best two-way players in Southwest OH. She already has a D1 offer from Bellarmine University Knights. She’s plays basketball under control but is aggressive enough to let opponents know she means business. She is a leader on & off the court. Her defense is what sets her apart. We like the way she leads her teammates, Coaches call her the coach on the court.
Layla Hale # 3 (2025) West Clermont HS, Cincinnati. OH. This senior guard has earned everything she’s getting going into her senior year at West Clermont. This player right here hits different shes committed to my college now, a university (RMU). She’s one of the top players in Southwest, OH. She’s good with the ball in her hands and without. Her defense stands out the most to us, but best believe she’s a bucket already dropping 22 points against Loveland, averaging 16 points per game. She’s set to have a great senior season.
Lauren Bain C/O 2026 # 10 Seton Saints Girls Basketball, Cincinnati, OH. Watching her play the last 3 years, this student athlete has grown into a post player to take seriously. Lauren can handle the ball, shoot from everywhere on the floor, and she can play with her back to the basket & face up, she a excellent defender that rim runs. Lauren will be a great college player, I believe. She’s averaging a league high, 17 PTS & 6.4 RPG. What really stands out is her FG PCT. 65.5. This tells us she’s finishing in the pant. She gonna be a special one at Kent State University.
Bella Rogers # 4 2027 PW from Loveland HS, Loveland, OH. Watching her play this season, she has really improved from last season. She was lights out against Winton Woods, scoring a game High 23 pts, 12 pts while shooting 50% from the field. She dominated from Baseline to Baseline whenever Loveland needed a basketball they played through her. She already holds multiple D1 offers & she’s great in the classroom academically. Whatever school she commits to, thier already getting a college ready player.

Yesterday’s Dec 9th the game between Lakota West & Fairfield was a good game to watch, OIRS was live streaming and doing play by play. 1st quarter started out slow, but I believe that was the pace Fairfield wanted to play at. Coach DJ Wyrick kept telling his players to stay patient, while Lakota West Coach Moss was pressing, trapping, and switching, saying speed it up. In the middle of the 2nd quarter, the score was only 14 West 11 Fairfield. A lot of people in the stands were yelling. We need a shot clock in HS OH. Basketball, I truly agree. So at the half the score was 24 West & 16 Fairfield. 3rd quarter, you could tell West was about to take over. Junior Guard # 2 Joshua Tyson set the tone on defense with 3 steals, 15pts & 3 ast. He really plays tough hard defense. You see why he’s one of the top players in Southwest OH. Once he got going, the entire team got going with Bryce Curry, adding in 11pts and had a moster Dunk totaling, 6reb & 2blk. Their bench played well, also adding 22 points. Fairfield Cooper Ross # 24 was team high with 10 points & Jakye Akbar also added 9pts in the end Lakota West had too much power.
Fridays game Dec. 12th, Match up was Purcell Marian (1-6) vs. (3-1).
Both teams came out flat starting off the game, but once shots stated falling, they got it rolling. Mt.Healthy got a few breaks with calls and the way the ball bounced. Purcell Marian was led by Senior 6’1 guard # 3 Matthew Wright. He’s getting a lot of interest from D2 & Mid Major D1 programs. He handled the ball early and passed a lot to get his teammates going and still led the team with 11pts. # 11 Junior Forward, Kharson Ferguson, played well on both ends of the court. He also added 11pts. I believe the 1st year head coach could’ve called early time outs or did a few things differently, but being a coach myself in the moment you see things different and you know your team. MT. Healthy played hard and played to the roar of the home crowd. Head Coach Sean Cook II, his game plan was spot on he had is players running trapping and taking the ball out of Purcells best players’ hands. # 2 for Mt.Healthy was unstoppable on both ends of the floor from blocks, rebounding and steals to scoring, and his court vision. MT. Healthy played team ball & in the fourth quarter they hit free throws when it counted they won 55-51.
Tuesday, December 13th, Lebanon vs. Winton Woods was a game to see with a lot of D1 & D2 prospects playing. Lebanons # 11 Jashawn Coffey is a bucket only a sophomore he gets to his spot whenever he wants to, with great spacing and high IQ. He’s a pure scorer and floor general. What I saw was a kid playing below & above the rim against WW. I believe he plays on the Nike EYBL circuit. His team played hard, but they couldn’t match up against the team of Winton Woods. Lebanon has good players i can see playing at the next level, like Luke Faler & Cooper Strahm. The Warriors are a well Coached team led by Mr. Pilgrim & staff.

# 0 Isaiah Mack-Russell the Toledo OH transfer is the truth, he scored game & team high 31 pts with the win. The Warriors have a good team with players like Dasai Bronson & Jay’Quawn Walker. The Warriors are still undeated after they beat Lebanon 75-54.
Dec 22nd-This was an early test for both teams in the ECC. Milford Eagles came out smoking hitting 3’s and getting every loose ball, while Winton Woods Warriors looked slow and couldn’t hit a shot to save their lives. Early 1st Q 10-2 run. Winton Woods started pressing and trapping, sometimes scoring and sometimes fouling. Coach Gray had to call two early timeouts because Milford was just a few steps ahead of them, and they couldn’t catch up. Mid 2nd Q 32-15 Milford. This has to be a season low for the Warriors at the half. Milfords Coach Matt Tolliver was hitting on all play calls in the 1st half. # 44Center Kylie Perone couldn’t be stopped she had 11 pts in the 1st half out scoring everyone, the Warriors Star player # 0 Strayberry tried her best with keeping the Warriors close but she needs her team to come to the party in the second half if they gonna make a comeback.

3rd Q, the Warriors started getting it together and closed the gap. But every time Warriors made a run, the Eagles counter, it was like a Mayweather fight. Mid 4th Q 54-48 Warriors just couldn’t finish down the stretch…..So the question is whether this is considered an Upset or Not.

With the final score, 58-48 Eagles.
Dec 23rd Oak Hills Highlanders vs West Clermont Wolves Boys Game @ West Clermont today was an ECC match up, right before the X-Mas break this game displayed to high standard coaches, Mike Price from Oak Hills & Brandon Grammer both respected in the Ohio basketball community. The beginning of the game Oak Hills Controlled the tip. Both teams with early turnovers. I believe in the the officials played an early part in the games early which played a major part how the players played. Oak Hills # 1 AJ Dean handed the PG and with 9 pts early. His counter partner # 11 was unstoppable early with 5 rebs & 7 pts. At the half the Highlanders by 9. West Clermonts # 4 Amante’ Collins & # 15 Nate Stahi kept the Wolves close, everything Oak Hills made a mini run. # 23 Carson Duke had a monster Dunk and it changed the flow of the game for the Wolves 30-33 late in the 3rd quarter. It’s was 3 Tecs called in the 3rd Quarter players need to learn to be quite and let the coaches handle the talking. Late to the party was # 3 Demetri Vetter with 11 pts for Oak Hills. With 4:48 in the 4th 48-49 Oak Hills we have a game now. Under a minute both teams went back & forth so in the end. Overtime we Go 54 all. In O/T it was a hard scrappy game. Oak Hills 60 West Clermont 54.
January 2nd Winton Woods Warriors vs. Anderson Raptors boys Varsity basketball game. It started out slow, but Anderson got it rolling with # 45 Tysin Weaver, leading the way with ball handling & scoring. Coach Pilgrim called a time out , and Winton Woods picked up full court led by # 5 Nate Dawson Jr. & # 3 Josai Hill. Their defense was relentless, which actually turned the game around. Winton Woods went into half time with the lead. The 2nd half was back and forth. Anderson scores, then Warriors scored.
Isaiah Mack-Russell started taking over, but Andersons Tysin Weaver did also both had 13 pts each in the 4th quarter. # 5Nate Toby Strausbaugh for the Raptors played great he also added double digits. With the score 40-45 Warriors up, the Raptors switched to man to man on Defense. Winton Woods, in the end, was too much down the stretch with defense and hitting free throws. Warriors 52 Raptors 46. Winton Woods Warriors will go along ways in the playoffs, which is what my sources are predicting.
Jan. 9th 2026. Today we have a great match-up in the Cmac Aiken Falcons vs. Taft Senators. Both teams are strapped with players. Both teams are undeated in conference play. Taft over all record is (7-1) & Aiken is (7-4). Down Tha Way brings a ton of experience with coaching and senior leadership led by # 11 Antwan Hinton & # 1 Kingston Ross & Junior # 2 Keion Griffin. They said the Cmac Championship will be coming back done the way this season. Aiken aka The Belmont Boys have had the crown the last couple years but with all the coaching changes & no Jaiden Arnold or James Burnett Jr. & Antwan Hinton at Taft, can they even play with the Senators is the question? Let me answer it He’ll Yea) Aikens’ new coach is the new wave of coaching. I’ve watched him personally he’s made me a believer, and with the addition of Junior # 1 Chris Washington Jr. They will always be in the game. They have a lot of great peices around Their 3 PG. # 15 Deondre Jenkins is one of them. Aikens HC Sean Davis & staff will have their hands full. In the end, Taft wins by 6, I think.
Amauri Jones c/o 2031 plays for Finneytown Wildcats JH Boys Basketball Team. He’s averaging 16 pts per game. This student athlete is a tough downhill guard. He shoots the long ball at a high percentage. Good Basketball IQ- on both sides of the court. Patient on offense, he can get you 2/3 steals on defense pg. His level of play is very high. You can tell he’s working on his craft outside of practice. After watching his games & Highlights, the hooper is really on his way and will be turning heads this summer. He’s undecided on his travel team selection as of now, but we will keep yall updated when he makes his decision. Today’s Game Write up was a good one. Summit Country Day vs. St. Xavier. Both teams matched up pretty well on paper. SCD starters out scored St. X 44-39, the biggest difference was when St. X, the offense didn’t drop off like SCD”s Offense did. The benches scored five points to 16 points. As a matter of fact, John Veith was team high with 14 points & and seven rebounds. Being 6’7, he took advantage of his size. He’s really been consistent all season averaging 10pts per game. St. X led the entire game SCD was able to get to to one point in the 4th quarter, Max Joiner caught fire in the 3rd quarter finishing with an game High 16 pts & Two blocks & Three/Seven from the 3-Point line. Coming off a two month back injury, Tim Martin made his return with 14 pts, five rebounds & two blocks. If he stays healthy, SCD can make a run in the post-season, but today belonged to X. They were a step faster on offense, especially with the back door cuts and on defense. They were locked in out rebounding SCD 11 to 20. X played both big men a lot at the same time. Liam McGeady had 11 pts and senior guard Luke Sorce scored 10. Both coaches did a great job coaching their team up. There were a few calls that could’ve gone both ways, but in the end, St. Xavier got the dub.
1 Milford Eagles vs. # 3 Winton Woods Warriors, winner takes first place in the ECC. This game will most definitely sell out. The Eagles come into Warrior land with a (17-1) record with a lost to # 2 West Clermont (16-2) West Clermonts only conference lost was to Winton Woods. Winton Woods’ only conference lost was to Milford back in Week Eight (59-48). Reached out to Coach Reese, but his phone was disconnected.
This game will be played from the inside out.
Milford Eagles brings hard tough & smash mouth basketball play while Winton Woods is coming with swagg, speed & in your face defense. This game will determine the ECC champion 2026 & the hirer seat in the OHSAA playoffs. Milford wins they stay # 1 if Winton Woods Win I believe they jump # 2 West Clermont & Milford. So much at stake it will all be sorted out tomorrow around this time.
Cmac-Red Divison Girls Write up, Western Hills Mustangs, Woodward Bulldogs & Aiken Falcons. Looks like the Cincinnati Metro Conference Girls is back and could be a problem come March Madness. With Keviya Parrish (FR) averaging 34.8, Leigha Acoff 26.2, she is, as of now, the front runner for (MVP) & Janai Hall 23.3. Gamble Montessori (Blue Divison) has a sleeper, also named Karriyah Hill. All schools have a winning record even though it’s early in the season. They just need to put it together and get some victories outside the Cmac. The Games are exciting and fun to watch the girls’ skill sets are way better than a few years again, I can finally see the girls’ game getting better. Great job, ADs & Coaches.
